I thought after yesterday it would be good to sum up some positives that have happened this year. It will take time to be seen, but I am really glad to say that I'll have some support with managing my pain, and help with coping during dental appointments soon.
The bit that I did forget to mention (well kinda) was that thankfully it looks like there will be no long term damage to my skin. It will make the pain slightly harder to manage, that's true. However, I don't want to risk serious damage to my skin if I don't stop using hot water bottles on my back. Especially as I have been doing it for 17 years.
